Secret #1: Why Changing Your Mindset Will Improve Your Fat Burning

Most people think short term. They only want to "get in shape and burn fat", but rarely do you hear them say "I want to get in shape, burn fat and keep it off!". The former thinking is subconsciously counterproductive because it only focuses on the "getting in shape" part which makes one more susceptible to being sucked into quick fix weight loss schemes or fad diets that simply don't work. It's a short term goal.

You need to focus on long term weight loss success so that any action you take now will have the end goal in mind. Plus, you will tend to take action that is sustainable in the long term. This means you are less likely to be swayed by infomercials and more likely to do what's best for your body in the long run. Wouldn't you agree that "burning the fat" is simply a short term view compared with "keeping it off"?

Seeing a fit older person, to me, is more impressive than seeing someone who is lean and fit when they are younger because to achieve this feat, it requires dedication in terms of exercise and nutrition.

If you really want to transform your shape and health permanently, you need to make it a habit - make it part of your lifestyle. This begins with your mindset. With each action successful people take, they subconsciously assess whether it will have a positive or negative impact on their long term health.

The good news is that research shows you can develop simple habits like those involved in eating and exercising properly in under a month…sometimes even sooner.  The exercise and diet tips recommended in the "Fat Burning Furnace" course is ideal to help you start on the right path. It dispells the idea that you have to be on a wacky diet or that you have to work out every day. After a few months, going back to the old you will simply not feel right, so you continue on your path of success. How come? Well because your body naturally wants to be lean and healthy!

So I encourage you to get into the right mindset. Think about the long term end goal and keep it in mind. Imagine having the body of your dreams today, tomorrow and in 10 or 20 years time. You won't be trying to "get in shape", you'll be enjoying life while staying on the path of burning fat 24/7 with minimum effort.
